suddenly,no wireless access

suddenly no access to wireless network in our LAN ,my laptop is inside domain.and i am sure i didn't change my password.
what happenned?
remember that you are notified to change the password and you didn't !
just changed the password and it is OK!.

-Ping command: check the connectivity to a destintion .
-tracert  (traceroute in unix systems) command: shows the path your data take to reach the destination.
